I've thought over it anddd , i shall post here .


I know that many people are saying Percussion is falling falling & falling . We do have some misunderstandings between the three leaders and us . Saying of the three leaders, actually they're a very good bunch of people to talk to, mixed with . But only the way they talk, perhaps it's too harsh or sarcastic which made many people dislike them . True? Regarding perc section, we know that we have internal conflicts between each other in the section . Example, you all may not like the parts which Mr Desouza gave out to you all . Or maybe the parts i gave to you all . Or even, some may think that you & i are in the same batch, so you don't have to respect me ? In this kinda situation, you all might talk behind our backs or backstab us. Im not offending anyone here . But the only thing i have to say is, we're a bonded with band section , not an isolated section. That's why people have been complaining to me saying " Perc SL ! why your section like that one ? not enthu !" Firstly, i felt very upset . Secondly, disappointed. You all may dislike people in the band . Hey, I have the same sentiments too. But why I kept quiet? Because not everyone in the band likes you too . Why not try changing your attitude and get along well with other band members? I doubt it's hard . If you would to give a try, no one will pin point you or look down on you . The problem is, you didn't even bother to try ! This allows people to think that you're weak, and lazy . Why not we just try getting along with the band? Talk to them or something? I believe you people are communicative enough and have the initiative to utter . Perhaps this can help us to bring the section & band to a greater height? Rember, don't let the alumnis & conductors down , they know we can do it (:
